7-Day Return & Replacement Policy


We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy only for defective products.


Eligible Cases

  • A return or replacement will be provided if:
  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was received.
  •  The product is defective upon delivery.

Return Request Process

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or replacements will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Ordering by mistake.
  • Minor colour or packaging differences.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper use.


Refund Process


If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
