7-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy only for defective products.
Eligible Cases
- A return or replacement will be provided if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was received.
- The product is defective upon delivery.
Return Request Process
- Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or replacements will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Ordering by mistake.
- Minor colour or packaging differences.
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper use.
Refund Process
If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
